2. Services and Guarantees
K & K Heating & Cooling provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sales, installation, service, repair, and maintenance across Northeast Ohio.
- Quotes and Pricing: We strive to provide transparent pricing. The price we quote before work begins is the price you pay, barring any unforeseen circumstances which will be discussed with you prior to continuing work.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We back our equipment installation with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your new equipment within one year of the installation date, we will correct the issue in accordance with our service agreements.
- Warranties: Most repairs come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, subject to specific manufacturer and service terms provided at the time of repair.
3. Third-Party Financing
We offer financing options through third-party partners, including Wells Fargo (the Wells Fargo Home Projects credit card). Any application for financing, credit checks, promotional offers, and account management are subject strictly to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Wells Fargo or the respective financial institution. K & K Heating & Cooling does not directly lend money or govern the terms of these financial agreements.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
